The professionals at Bristow Health Care Group are experienced Registered Nurses and Master's Level Social Workers who understand the healthcare challenges that clients face on a daily basis. We help clients identify problems and help develop a plan to solve those problems. We are unique because we serve individuals of all races and cultures regardless of how big or small the problem.
Who Can Get A Case Managment?
Chiildren birth to the age of 20 and pregnant women who get Medicaid and:
- Have health problems or
- Are at a high risk for getting health problems
What Do Case Managers Do?
A case manager will visit with you and then:
- Find out what services you need.
- Find services near where you live.
- Teach you how to find and get other services.
- Make sure you are getting the services you need.

Case managers can help you to:
- Get medical and dental services.
- Get medical supplies or equipment.
- Work on school or education issuses.
- Get occupational, physical or speech therapy.
- Get behavior therapy or counseling.
- Get other needed services.
